During our partnership with a local independent healthcare advertising agency, CURTIS Digital developed an HTML5 site compiled into an iPad application to use as a product overview and training tool for a billion dollar global healthcare products company.
Our client came to us to solve a problem where medical sales representatives selling the LAMP Respiratory Monitor had to carry the physical equipment from sales meeting to sales meeting. This equipment is cumbersome and expensive. The client envisioned a solution which simulated the monitor and allowed nurses and doctors the opportunity to interact with the equipment to show key selling features.
CURTIS Digital developed an HTML5 web hosted application and compiled it into an iPad application to install on all sales reps corporate devices. The application featured an animated product overview, product testimonials and a guided tour. Users were also able to access the Free Play section which allowed them to learn how to mute alarms, change the brightness settings on the monitor and even change between available views. A clinical scenario section is also built into the application which showed a comparison timeline of what happens in clinical situations where the device is used against a scenario where the monitor was not used. Finally, product documentation was available to view and email from within the application.
